At Direct Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment and apparel remain in original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
